Gallery Access & Image Usage

• Personal Use License: Delivered digital images are licensed exclusively to you for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., personal printing, archiving, and personal social media sharing).

• Copyright Retention: All images and creative works remain the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Shay by Shay Mckay Photography, LLC. You may not re-edit, apply external filters, sell, license, or transfer images to third parties or commercial entities without explicit written permission.

• Gallery Lifespan: Online galleries remain active for 14 days from the delivery date. It is your responsibility to download and back up your digital files prior to the expiration date. Re-archiving an expired gallery after this period may incur a $25 unarchiving fee.

Orders, Fulfillment & Returns

• Custom Prints & Products: Physical prints, canvases, frame, and albums ordered through this gallery are custom-manufactured. All sales of digital files and custom print items are final once processed.

• Damaged Goods: If print items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging for a replacement.

Limitation of Liability

• While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliable hosting and file integrity, Shay Mckay Photography LLC is not liable for server downtime, download disruptions, or data loss caused by third-party hosting platforms or internet service providers.
